NHS Supply Chain is pleased to announce the launch of the new Respiratory Therapy Products contract.

The new contract sees the amalgamation of three existing contracts: - Respiratory Therapy - Flowmeters and Support Products - Baby Respiration Sensors. Combining these contracts into one has allowed for greater choice and the convenience of having all the products you require under one contract.

A Respiratory Task Force was established to provide clinical guidance for into the contract renewal exercise and to advise on customer needs. There are some price increases from the previous contracts and overall the average is 8%. The increases are as a result of supplier price increases due to manufacturing pressures and rises in raw material costs.
