NHS Supply Chain is pleased to announce the renewal of the Walking Aids contract with an extended range of products, including bariatric, suitable for both acute and community settings. We have avoided price increases on the contract and have negotiated commitment discounts with 4 suppliers. New and improved products have replaced some old lines which have been delisted. Until 31 January 2012 Drive Medical Ltd are offering an 8% saving on a selection of Walking Aids including walking sticks, frames, wheeled frames, various length adjustable crutches, childrens crutches, spare ferrules, triwalkers and rollators. As well as having no price increases on any products on the contract, commitment discounts are available from 4 suppliers.
