Phonak Supply Issues - GHB1404 & GHB1409

NHS Supply Chain regrets to inform customers that Phonak are experiencing temporary supply constraints due to a high level of demand against two hearing aids GHB1404 & GHB1409.

The current expectation is that the majority of stocks will be available from 4th March 2011.

The alternative products are of the same specifications and price the only difference is colour of the aid.

NHS Supply Chain would like to assure trusts that we are working with Phonak to ensure as soon stock of GHB1435 and GHB1442 is available, we will replenish our stock to re-establish a normal supply service.
