Introducing the New IMPACT PRO Hearing Aid Family from Siemens Hearing Instruments

NHS Supply Chain is pleased to inform customers that Siemens Hearing Instruments will be upgrading their current Hearing Aid range ‘IMPACT’ to the ‘IMPACT Pro’ from 01 February 2012. 

The IMPACT Pro has several new features, and we are pleased to inform customers that the new technology will be available at the same price as the current IMPACT family.

Key NEW features include:

• FeedbackStopper; faster feedback management with adaptive phase cancellation combined with Transient Frequency Shift
• SoundBrilliance; this feature artificially extends the high frequency output, enhancing the perception of high frequency sounds
• IMPACT Pro R now 12 channels; making all products now 12 channels
• New miniReceivers and Click Domes; for use with both the IMPACT R and IMPACT Pro R. Siemens miniReceivers are the smallest available to the NHS
• New miniTek™; new update to the Tek Wireless Enhancement System.

Please find attached the list of NHS Supply Chain order codes for the IMPACT Pro products. 

The IMPACT products  will continue to be available during February on a while stocks last basis.  All accessories and consumables for the IMPACT will remain available indefinitely.
