Ordering through NHS Supply Chain

You can place your order online or by using our Electronic Demand Capture (e-DC) service.

Before you can place an order with us, you will need the following:

• Requisition number
• Website user name
• Password

The can be easily obtained by contacting your customer service team.

Audiology

When ordering Cochlear Implants and Ear Moulds, you will need to order directly from the supplier. You will need to quote the NHS Supply Chain contract reference number which can be found in the online catalogue.

NHS Supply Chain is currently working with our suppliers to develop the systems to allow you to purchase Ear Moulds using our online catalogue. This service should be available soon.
