Returning goods

Returning goods to NHS Supply Chain

In the event that goods have to be returned to NHS Supply Chain, you should notify your relevant customer services department to make the necessary arrangements.

To keep operational costs low and to ensure a reliable and efficient service, we ask that you:

  • Keep order errors to a minimum. Please ensure all orders are checked prior to sending (such as correct product, unit of issue and quantity).
  • Speak with customer services if you are unsure about which product to order opposed to ordering a number of products and returning the unsuitable ones.
  • Organise the return at the earliest opportunity. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to approve your request.
  • Ensure the products and related paperwork is made available at the time of the agreed collection and is clearly identified as such.
