Access Issues – EDI Portal, Supplier Portal and TR Reports
Monitoring is continuing throughout the day today, but the issues were resolved yesterday.
Testing is complete, however because this incident closely relates to another one our IT team will continue to monitor the service into tomorrow.
Our IT team have implemented a technical fix and extensive testing is now underway.
We will complete full testing before we confirm resolution of the issues.
Information website log in – it is likely that customers are not currently able to log in to our website in order to access password-protected documents.
Our IT team is working towards a solution as quickly as possible.
We are currently experiencing technical issues with a number of services that are integrated with our Oracle Cloud Services.

Supplier Portal
TR Reports
Our Internal Call Management System.
Customers should still be able to place orders, but there will be a delay in processing them. Please continue to place demand as usual until further notice.
