Customer Services – Telephone Systems
Our IT provider has confirmed that an update to the system has resolved the issue. We’re pleased to report that so far today, no further issues have been reported.
We are currently experiencing some issues with our telephony system which is affecting both our core Customer Service teams and our Home Delivery Team. This has been raised with our IT provider and we will update you as soon as possible. In the meantime if you need anything urgent and you are unable to get through using the phone please email your Customer Service advisor.
