eDC Gold Customers Stock Levels – Urgent Action Required
Following our updates from yesterday, we are now marking this issue as resolved.
If duplicate orders within the planned receipts screen are still appearing on your Android device, please take the following action:
- Cancel each order line of the longer order number, and once you get to the last line on the order please cancel this line only once, then select the back button on your device to refresh the screen.
Alternatively, you can leave the orders within the planned receipts screen, and they will disappear from your device according to the number of receipt lead time days you have set up within your store.

We are aware that there have been some partial and full receipts of both the original and duplicated orders. We therefore advise that you run a transaction log report from 15 August to 30 September 2024, then complete a stock check to make sure your physical stock levels are correct to avoid any over or under-stocking.
We have implemented a fix that has stopped the duplication of planned receipts and we have removed any planned receipts that have had no activity taken against them. Please resync your Android device to remove the deleted receipts, if you have not done this since 10.30am this morning.
We continue to investigate the issues with the planned receipts that have been fully or partially actioned.
Impact:
Stock levels may be inaccurate due to systemic unfulfilled receipt lines which may result in orders not being generated.

We have implemented a fix that has stopped the duplication of planned receipts. Any historic duplicates will still be currently visible on the eDC web application and Android devices. Where there has been no activity against these planned receipts, we will be removing these from the database. Please resync your Android device from 10.30am today to receive the deletions.

We are aware of a technical issue with eDC Gold displaying duplicate receipt lines within planned receipts regardless of replenishment type. Our IT team is currently investigating the issues and updates will follow. This issue affects eDC Gold customers only.

Urgent Action Required:
If you are an eDC Gold Customer, please check your physical stock levels immediately to ensure you avoid any situations of zero stock. If you are required to order stock, please order via the Online Catalogue until this is resolved.
