Emails Sent From nhs.net Accounts
This issue is resolved, but we will continue to monitor the situation and provide additional support for any queries over the next few days.
NHSmail engineers have been working with Microsoft and believe this issue has now been resolved. Emails that were sent and failed should be re-sent to ensure delivery. We will continue to monitor the service for the remainder of the day to ensure stability and appreciate your patience whilst we worked collaboratively to resolve this issue.
We have been made aware of an issue that NHS Digital are investigating. Emails sent from @nhs.net accounts are failing to reach a number of domains, including any email @supplychain.nhs.uk addresses.
Please note, this is affecting receipt of general emailed enquiry, as well as emailed demand files sent to the eDIGate Portal. If you forward your demand to us by this method, please contact your Customer Service Advisor urgently to establish whether your demand has been received and processed.
