Intermittent Access Issues – Online Ordering, eDC and HDS
We are pleased to confirm that yesterday’s technical issues with our Online Ordering, eDC and Home Delivery Service (HDS) systems have been resolved.
Website traffic and system performance have returned to normal levels and customers should be able to place, update or view orders.

Our IT team has confirmed that the system reboot was successful, and will continue to monitor performance. A further update will follow tomorrow morning.
We are planning a system reboot at 6pm this evening, Thursday 7 November 2024.
This will mean that disruption to service is likely between 6pm and 7pm.

Our IT team has investigated the issue and identified a significant increase in website traffic. This has impacted speed and systems access nationally.
We have made changes to our firewalls in an attempt to block the activity. If you or your trust has any automated routine in place on our website, please pause it as soon as possible.

Customers may experience difficulty when trying to place, update or view orders. Since the firewall changes, our IT team has seen an improved level of demand being processed.
