Connectivity at our Gorsey Point site has remained stable overnight and we do not now foresee any delays to deliveries today. Some deliveries will have been sent with Emergency Dispatch paperwork. If you would like a copy of the digital paperwork please contact our Customer Services team. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Connectivity to our Gorsey Point site has been restored. As a result of the outage some deliveries will be issued with Emergency Dispatch paperwork and some may be issued with manual labels. Deliveries are expected to run up to three hours late through tonight and into tomorrow.
We will provide a further update in the morning with the status of deliveries and apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

We are currently experiencing network connectivity issues at our Gorsey Point site. We are working with our IT provider and we will provide more details once we have clarity on the exact impact. Our Customer Service teams are still available to take customer calls.
