Technical Issues – Multiple Services
All services have been restored following the successful completion of work by our IT team.
Progress towards correcting the earlier issues continues to be made, with almost all services returning to normal. We will continue to provide updates here until full resolution.
The Supplier Portal, TR Reports and the EDI Portal should now be operational.
The ability for customers to log in to our information website has been restored.
Information website log in – it is likely that customers are not currently able to log in to our website in order to access password-protected documents.
Our IT team is working towards a solution as quickly as possible.
We are currently experiencing technical issues with a number of services that are integrated with our Oracle Cloud Services.

Supplier Portal
TR Reports
Our Internal Call Management System.
Customers should still be able to place orders, but there will be a delay in processing them. Please continue to place demand as usual until further notice.
