Change:

• The supplier B Braun Medical Ltd has informed us of a discontinuation with its Luer Neuraxial products.
• There are four product codes affected:
• • FTR1118 – Spinal Needle Luer
  • FTR2055 – Nerve Block Needle
  • FTR2056 – Nerve Block Needle
  • FTR2057 – Nerve Block Needle.
• The supplier made the decision to support the patient safety mandate put in place by NHS England by streamlining all relevant products under this umbrella to the compliant NRFit connector.
• They will only be selling NRFit Neuraxial products after 31 December 2024.

Impact:          

• The affected codes are no longer available to order through our online catalogue and will be delisted on 19 November 2024.
