Delisting Johnson & Johnson Medical (eDirect) Electrophysiology Products (ICN 2767)

Change:

• The supplier Johnson and Johnson Medical (eDirect) has informed us of a discontinuation with various Electrophysiology products.
• There are 116 product codes affected.
• The supplier is discontinuing these due to being legacy products.
• All NHS Supply Chain customers are aware of this change and have moved over to the suitable substitutions. Therefore, we need to remove these products from the framework.

Impact:          

• The affected codes are no longer available to order through our online catalogue.
• The affected product codes are currently suspended and will be delisted from our online catalogue on 13 December 2024.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for most of the affected products.

Next Steps:               

• Customers are advised to log into our website to view the potential indirect alternative products.
• Due to some delisted products having more than one product code (NPC) on the product listing, customers are advised to remove all items within their catalogues/systems by using the MPC from the product listing.
• Please note that due to the clinical nature of these alternative products we advise you to consult your own clinical experts to ensure suitability for your organisations use of these products.
