Alert:

• Steripack has issued a further Field Safety Notice for 59 lots of their syringe 10ml with 0,9% sodium chloride.
• This notice has been issued due to inadequate performance of the syringe tip.

• There are 59 affected lot numbers as noted in the Field Safety Notice.
• Please refer to the Field Safety Notice ( see our Downloads ▼ section ) for further information on the product code and lot numbers.

Next Steps:

• An improvement has been implemented on the design of the syringe in order to strengthen the syringe tip on some batches manufactured since March 2020, but for all batches from May 2020.
• Read and follow the full instructions in the Field Safety Notice and share this document with all users of the affected products.
• Customers are requested to dispose of any affected product according to their trusts disposal procedures.
• Complete and return the response form to: zoe.scott@fannin.eu.
• Once Fannin has received the completed response form, they will contact customers to arrange replacement of affected products.
