Update:
- Steripack has issued a further Field Safety Notice for additional lots of their syringe 10ml with 0,9% sodium chloride.
- This notice has been issued due to inadequate performance of the syringe tip.

Next Steps:
- Read and follow the full instructions in the Field Safety Notice and share this document with all users of the affected products.
- Customers are requested to dispose of any affected product according to their trusts disposal procedures.

- Once Fannin has received the completed response form, they will contact customers to arrange replacement of affected products.

- An improvement has been implemented on the design of the syringe in order to strengthen the syringe tip on some batches manufactured since March 2020, but for all batches from May 2020.
- Read and follow the full instructions in the Field Safety Notice and share this document with all users of the affected products.
