Supply Issues Pre-Operative Scrub Brushes (ICN 1865)

Important Customer Notice Update

Polyco Healthcare, P3 Medical and PDI have informed us that the supply issue with their Pre-Operative Scrub Brushes is still improving.
Two of the previously affected product codes are now available to order:
- FSL727 and FSL728.
Four product codes remain affected in total.
Four of the previously affected product codes remain suspended and unavailable to order:
- FSL1533, FSL1534, FSL1715 and FBF4626.

The overall supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 31 August 2023; however, certain products codes are anticipated to return to stock before this date:
FBF4626 will be available to order from our online catalogue by 9 June 2023.
We will update this ICN when we have further information.

The overall supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 31 August 2023, however, certain products codes are anticipated to return to stock before this date:
FSL727 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative – available from 19 May 2023
FBF4626 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative – will be in stock on or before 16 June 2023
FSL1534 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative – from PDI will not be available until 30 June 2023
FSL1715 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative – from PDI will not be available until 14 July 2023
FSL1533 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative – from PDI will not be available until 14 July 2023.

The supplier Polyco Healthcare has informed us that the supply issue with its Pre-Operative Scrub Brushes is still on going.
FSL727 is now available to order, however it may become subject to Demand Management.
A further product codes is now affected and unavailable to order
- FSL728 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative.
Five product codes are still suspended and unavailable to order.

The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 28 February 2023.

- FSL1715 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative Integral sponge iodine and nail pick
- FSL1533 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative Integral sponge dry D1 sterile SB 9×25 with nail pick
- FSL1534 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative Integral sponge Chlorhexidine 4percent C2 SB 9x 25 with nail pick
- FSL727 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative Integral sponge dry with nail pick
- FSL728 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative Integral sponge dry without nail pick.
There is currently one indirect alternative available to order:
- FBF4626 – Brush Scrub Pre Operative Medica sterile with nail pick.
