Product Update GBUK Healthcare IT Migration (ICN 2274)

Change:

• GBUK Healthcare has informed us of an ordering and shipping suspension, this is to enable them to complete an IT Migration which is planned as of Thursday 28 September 2023 through to Monday 2 October 2023.

Impact:

• GBUK Healthcare’s ordering, shipping systems, and operations will be OFF-LINE to “All Trusts” between these given dates.
• During this period, they will be unable to process or deliver any products.
• Customers are still advised to continue to place orders throughout the GBUK closure.
• All orders will be generated on an extended lead time and be processed from 2 October 2023.
• This will impact eDirect and Blue Diamond orders only.
• All stock orders will still be fulfilled and supplied by NHS Supply Chain.
• Any orders that are placed before 22 September 2023, GBUK will endeavour to fulfil delivery week commencing 25 September 2023.
• The last day GBUK will receive orders will be 27 September 2023.

Next Steps:

• No product listing is available at this time, all trusts are to be contacted where possible.
• The ICN will be updated as and when any additional or new information becomes available or requires change.
