Product Update GBUK Healthcare Sterile Content Prefilled Syringes FWC620, FWC640 and FWC658 (ICN 2189)

Change:

• The supplier GBUK Healthcare has informed us of a product update with its Sterile Content Prefilled Syringe products.
• There are three product codes affected:
• FWC620, FWC640, FWC658.
• The product update is due to an update to the product artwork.
• The syringes previously had a red label which has now been updated.
• The product descriptions are in the process of being updated to remove the following “Product currently has a RED label” and this will be reflected in the online catalogue in due course
• This relates to a previous Field Safety Notice ICN 2077.

Impact:

• Customers may continue to receive stock which has a red label whilst this is sold through the network.
