Change:

• The supplier Philips Healthcare has informed us of a supply issue with its Oro-Nasal Mask products.
• Three product codes are affected in total:
  • FAG755 – Masks NIV & Sleep Therapy AF531 Oro Nasal EE Full Face Mask 4 Point HG Small
  • FAG756 – Masks NIV & Sleep Therapy AF531 Oro Nasal EE Full Face Mask 4 Point HG Medium
  • FAG757 – Masks NIV & Sleep Therapy AF531 Oro Nasal EE Full Face Mask 4 Point HG Large.
• The supply issue is due to raw material shortage.

Impact:          

• The affected codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
