- The supplier Smiths Medical has informed us that the supply issue with its Endotracheal Tubes across multiple product codes is still ongoing.
- There are now a total of 31 product codes affected:
- 11 previously affected product codes are now available to order
- 10 additional product codes are now suspended.
- 1 product code, FDG907, is now subject to Control Demand Management. If you have an urgent clinical need for the suspended code, you need to complete and submit the Control Suspended Consumables Product Submission Webform. See our Useful Links section to access this web form.

- The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 31 May 2023.

- Six of the affected product codes are available to order. However, these six codes are subject to being demand managed. (These codes have been highlighted on the product listing in our Downloads section.
- Ten product codes are affected and are unavailable to order through our online catalogue.
- The supply issue is due to supply constraints caused by high demand during the COVID pandemic.
