• The supplier 365 Healthcare Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Procedure Packs products.
• There are eight product codes affected.
• The supply issue is due to a substantial increase in demand which has caused manufacturing delays.

Impact:          

• The supplier has advised that stock has depleted quicker than planned and is prioritising the production and sterilisation of more stock.
• Trusts can expect to see a robust level of stock built back up within the next two – four weeks.
• Any live orders and orders placed on the system over the next two weeks are likely to be cancelled due to the current stock-out.
• The affected codes are subject to intermittent supply.
• Customers should consider factors such as clinical compliance, compatibility and meeting clinical needs and costs.
