• The supplier Becton Dickinson has informed us of a supply issue with its Administration Set Alaris GP Volumetric Pump, FKA865.
• FKA865 and two of the alternative codes FKA856 and FKA864 are now subject to Protect Demand Management.
• The supply issue is due to a quality concern with some batches of the product which has now been resolved. This does not affect any other products in the range or alternatives.

• FKA865, FKA856 and FKA864 are available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure a fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
