Change:

• The supplier Fresenius Kabi Ltd All Routes has informed us of a supply issue with its Administration Set products.
• One product code is affected in total:
  • FKA542 – Administration set for use with Volumat Agila infusion pumps.
• The supply issue is due to increased demand and lead times; there has been an unprecedented increase in global demand.

Impact:

• FKA542 is currently unavailable to order.
• Unfortunately, there are no alternatives available. Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable.
• We do not currently have a resolution date for the supply issue, but we aim to update this ICN by 19 January 2025.
