- The supply issue with Nasogastric Feeding Tubes from GBUK Enteral has improved.
- Ten product codes are now available to order through our online catalogue:
- FTA333, FTA336, FWM2404, FWM2406, FWM2407, FWM2739, FWM2408, FWM2410, FTA337 and FTA339.
- Three products remain subject to Protect Demand Management:
- FTA340, FWM2403 and FWM2405.
- Three product codes are now affected in total.
- The products are available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
- Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for the affected products. However, some of these products may also become subject to intermittent supply with the increase in demand.

- The supplier GBUK Enteral has informed us of a supply issue with its Nutricare range of Nasogastric Feeding Tubes.
- There are nine product codes affected in total.
- The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
Impact:
- Four product codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order:
- FTA333, FTA336, FWM2404 and FWM2407.
- Five product codes are currently available whilst our current stock lasts, once stock is depleted the products will be unavailable to order:
- FWM2405, FWM2739, FWM2403, FTA340 and FWM2406.
- Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
