- The supplier GV Health has informed us of a supply issue with its Specimen Bags.
- The three product codes affected are:
- MVH042 – Bag polythene clear grip seal, Specimen bag (pocket) with grip seal 150mm width x 230mm length – with documentation wallet (pouch) 150mm width x 225mm length – 40 micron – 6mm hole punch at top of bag
- MVH045 – Bag polythene clear grip seal, Specimen bag (pocket) with grip seal 140mm width x 140mm length – with documentation wallet (pouch) 140mm width x 200mm length – 40 micron Replaces MVP000
- MVH050 – Bag polythene clear grip seal, Specimen bag (pocket) with grip seal 150mm width x 230mm length – with documentation wallet (pouch) 150mm width x 215mm length – 40 micron – Printed in red Insert Specimen in Grip Seal Pocket and Form in Open Top Pocket and biohazard sign.
- The supply issue is due to increased demand and lead times.
Impact:
- MVH050 is currently suspended and unavailable to order.
- MVH042 and MVH045 are currently subject to intermittent supply.
- Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
- However, some of these products may also become subject to intermittent supply.
