• The supplier ICU Medical International Limited has informed us of a supply issue with its NRfit Epidural Kit products.
• One product code is affected in total:
  • FTR3374 – NRFit Epidural Kit Minipack system 1 16g x 80mm Tuohy needle including closed end catheter 3 eyes 10ml LORD 0.2um epidural filter with LockIt Plus fixation device.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
