Supply Issues ICU Medical Tracheostomy Tubes Change of Manufacturers Codes (ICN 2955)

Change:

• The supplier ICU Medical has informed us of a supply issue with its Tracheostomy Tube products.
• There are 14 product codes affected.
• The supply issue is due to the supplier changing the manufacturers codes on the packaging which has led to a delay in manufacturing.

Impact:          

• Seven products are currently suspended and unavailable to order:
  • FDF10130, FDF10128, FDF10118, FDF10199, FDF10209, FDF10217 and FDF10219.
• Seven products are subject to intermittent supply:
  • FDF10115, FDF10132, FDF10149, FDF10151, FDF10157, FDF10197 and FDF10223.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 25 June 2025.

• The continuing supply issue is being monitored in conjunction with the supplier and we will continue to review the stock situation to minimise further disruption and update this ICN with the latest information as it becomes available.
