Supply Issues Integra Neurosciences Specialist Wound Care ELY289 ELY374 and ELZ013 (ICN 2027)

Important Customer Notice Update

The supplier Integra Neurosciences has informed us that the supply issue with its Specialist Wound Care products is ongoing.
Intergra Neurosciences has advised the supply disruption is also affecting some of their Medihoney products, due to a mechanical issue at their sterilisation plant.
The affected product codes will experience delays in arriving in the UK.
Intergra Neurosciences is working hard to resolve this backlog and resume business as usual.
Whilst these issues are being resolved, customers may experience intermittent supply of these products from March 2023 into April 2023, and we will update this ICN when we have further information.
Three product codes remain affected:
- ELY289 – Specialist wound care antimicrobial barrier cream – Barrier cream 100% antibacterial manuka honey 50g tube contains 30% by weight
- ELY374 – Specialist wound care antimicrobial barrier cream – Barrier cream 100% antibacterial manuka honey 2g sachet contains 30% by weight
- EZL013 Suspended – Specialist wound care antimicrobial gel – Antibacterial wound 10g.

The supply issue is due to manufacturing delays.
