- The supply issue with Coffee products from Jacobs Douwe Egberts Professional GB Ltd is continuing.
- Two further products are now affected:
- ACD599 and ACD600.
- Three products are now suspended and unavailable to order:
- ACD606, ACD607 and ACD599.
- ACD600 is available whilst our current stocks last, once the stock is depleted the product code will be unavailable to order.
- Four product codes are now affected in total.
- A potential indirect alternative product is available to order through our online catalogue for the some of the affected products. However, these products may also become subject to intermittent supply with the increase in demand.

Change:
- The supplier Jacobs Douwe Egberts Professional GB Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with their Coffee products.
- Two products codes are affected:
- ACD606 – Coffee Pure Gold Freeze Dried Sticks x500
- ACD607 – Decaf coffee Continental Gold Freeze Dried Sticks x500.
- The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
Impact:
- ACD606 and ACD607 are available to order, once the remaining stock has depleted the products will be suspended and unavailable to order.
- Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through the Multi Temperature Food Solutions (MTFS) framework.
