Change:

• The supplier Medline Industries Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Oxygen Facemask and Nebuliser Chamber Kit.
• The two product codes affected are:
  • FDD619 – Oxygen Facemask High Concentration Paediatric with 2.1m tubing and safety vent
  • FDE097 – Nebuliser chamber kit with mouthpiece t-piece and tubing adult Nebuliser 6ml capacity mouthpiece t-piece and 2.1m tubing.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:          

• The affected codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue:

  • FDD958 – Oxygen Facemask High Concentration Paediatric with 2.1m tubing
