Change:

• The supplier Meglio Limited has informed us of a supply issue with its Single Use Tourniquet products.
• Five product codes are affected in total:
  • FVH85098 – Single Use Tourniquet Button Type Fastening Adult quick release Latex Free 1 Button 10 boxes of 100 eaches
  • FWJ85009 – Single Use Tourniquet Button Type Fastening Adult quick release Latex Free 1 Button 10 boxes of 100 eaches
  • FWJ85010 – Single Use Tourniquet Button Fastening Paediatric quick release Latex free 1 button 10 boxes of 100 eaches
  • FWJ85011 – Single Use Tourniquet Band Type Adult Latex free 40 boxes of 25 eaches
  • FWJ85012 – Single Use Tourniquet Band Type Adult Latex free 20 boxes of 100 eaches.
• The supply issue is due to a problem with their packaging.
• The packaging of the product needs to be updated. This will be reworked by the supplier before we can resume supply.

• FVH85098 is only available to certain customers.
