Supply Issues Multiple Suppliers Cardiology Products (ICN 2066)

Change:

• Multiple Suppliers have informed us of a supply issue with their Cardiology Products.
• There are 2,621 product codes that were affected.
• The supply issue is due to a system issue.

Impact:          

• Since the cardiology launch there have been multiple failed orders.
• This has now been resolved however we wanted to make sure you are aware due to the critical nature.
• Customers will have experienced delays and increased lead time when ordering these products.
• No action is needed as this supply issue has now been resolved.
• The affected product codes are currently available to order.
• The suppliers have advised there was no need to re-key any orders as these have been re-mapped and reordered.
