The supplier Sarstedt Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Blood Collection Safety Set with Blood Culture Holder – KCM216.
The supply issue is due to increases in demand.

Impact:

KCM216 is currently on intermittent supply.
A potential indirect alternative product is available to order through our online catalogue:
- KFK898 – Blood Collection Set Safety with Holder 21G.
Sarstedt Limited have advised that products KFK898 and KCM176 can be combined to make up the blood culture set KCM216.
