Supply Issues Serchem Ltd Instrument Decontamination and Accessories (ICN 2866)

Change:

• The supplier Serchem Ltd has informed us of a supply issue due to a system changeover with its products supplied on the Instrument Decontamination and Accessories framework.
• There are 55 product codes affected.
• The supply issue is due to a known system changeover that will impact deliveries of products from 27 March to 1 April 2025.
• Please note, this does not impact any products supplied on our stocked route.

Impact:    

• The last date Sercham Ltd will be shipping orders before the system changeover is 26 March 2025.
• Shipping will recommence from 1 April 2025.
• Any orders placed during the closure will be delayed until after the supplier’s system changeover has been completed.
• Customers are advised to review current inventory levels, place any necessary orders well in advance of the processing downtime and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to cover needs during this brief transition.
• Unfortunately, there are no alternatives for these products.
