• The supplier Smith & Nephew Healthcare Ltd has informed us the supply issue with its Wound Contact Dressing products is continuing:
• One product code is affected:
  • ELA127 – Wound contact layer knitted viscose dressing 14cm x 20cm.
• Unfortunately, this issue which was previously communicated via ICN 2585 was processed as resolved before the supply issue had been fully resolved.
• The supply issue is due to increased demand and lead times.

Impact:

• ELA127 is currently unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are still available to order through our online catalogue:
• • EKG85000 – Wound contact layer knitted viscose dressing, 14cm x 20cm
  • EKG001 – Wound contact layer knitted viscose dressing, 10cm x 20cm
  • EJE142 – Wound contact layer knitted viscose dressing, double sided non adherent dressing, 10cm x 20cm.
