Supply Issues Steris Solutions Ltd Multiple Products Across Multiple Frameworks (ICN 2852)

Change:

• The supplier Steris Solutions Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with multiple products on multiple frameworks:
  • Endoscopy Consumables and Associated Products
  • Instrument Decontamination and Accessories
  • Patient Temperature Management
  • Pressure Area Care and Patient Handling including Beds and Associated Products Rental and Decontamination
  • Tray Wrap and Sterilisation.
• We have been advised by Steris Solutions Ltd that it will be undertaking its annual stock check between 7 and 14 March 2025, which will impact deliveries of eDirect products.

Impact:          

• The last date Steris Solutions will be shipping orders prior to the stock take is 6 March 2025.
• Shipping will recommence 17 March 2025.
• During this period orders can still be placed but there will be an extended lead time due to the pause in shipping.
• Stocked products are not impacted and will be delivered as normal.
• Unfortunately, alternative products are not available for publication currently. Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable.
