Supply Issues Teleflex Medical Clips FFL120 and FFL121 (ICN 2173)

Change:

• The supplier Teleflex Medical has informed us of a supply issue with its Clips products.
• Two product codes are affected:
  • FFL120 – Ligation clip cartridge Medium/large 6 clips per cartridge
  • FFL121 – Open ligation clips Small (30 cartridges of 6 clips).
• The supply issue is due to raw material shortage. Resin is required to manufacture their clip products.

Impact:          

• The affected codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue:
  • FSG204 – Ligation Clips – Non Absorbable Wel-Lok – Med-Large
  • FSG207 – Ligation Clips – Non Absorbable Wel-Lok – Small
  • FAL634 – M/L single fire titanium 6 clips per cartridge
  • FGE726 – Titanium WK Small Yellow – 6 Clips per Cartridge.

• We do not currently have a resolution date for the supply issue, we will update the ICN as soon as we have further information.
