• The supplier Teleflex Medical (Rusch & Pilling Weck) has informed us of a supply issue with its Intraosseous Needles.
• Two product codes are affected in total:
  • FSN323 – Intraosseous Needle 15G x 45mm Yellow with stabilizer Dressing Extension Set Patient Wrist Band and Sharps Block
  • FSN324 – Intraosseous Needle 15G x 25mm (1 inch) Blue with stabilizer Dressing Extension Set Patient Wrist Band and Sharps Block.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:          

• The affected codes are currently unavailable.
