• The supplier Teleflex has informed us of a supply issue with their Respiratory Products.
• There are two product codes affected:
  • FDD1673 – Mucosal Atomisation Device
  • FDE632 – Oral atomisation device.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:          

• All the affected product codes are currently unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
• Clinical consideration will be needed to assess the suitability of the alternatives for individual patient requirements.
