Supply Issues Vygon UK Ltd Connector Extension FSW297 (ICN 2818)

Change:

• The supplier Vygon UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Connector Extension products.
• One product code is affected in total:
  • FSW297 – Connector extension three way Three lumen with anti-reflux valves and clamps equal lumens.
• The supply issue is due to  manufacturing delays.
• Due to this ongoing supply issue, FSW297 is now subject to Protect Demand Management.

Impact:

• FSW297 is still available to order.
• Products subject to Protect demand management are still available but trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
