Change:
- The supplier Vygon UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Connector Extension products.
- One product code is affected in total:
- FSW297 – Connector extension three way Three lumen with anti-reflux valves and clamps equal lumens.
- The supply issue is due to manufacturing delays.
- Due to this ongoing supply issue, FSW297 is now subject to Protect Demand Management.
Impact:
- FSW297 is still available to order.
- Products subject to Protect demand management are still available but trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
