• The supplier Vygon UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Extension Set Products.
• The three product codes affected are:
  • FSB1337 – Extension set triple lumen
  • FSB1336 – Extension set gravity double lumen
  • FSB1338 – Extension set triple lumen.
• There are three affected product codes in total.
• The supply issue is due to manufacturing delays.

Impact:          

• The affected codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
• Two of the indirect alternatives are currently suspended:
