• The supplier Vygon UK has informed us of a supply issue with its Midlines Products.
• The two product codes affected are:
  • FSQ2367 – Catheter midline single lumen biostable polyurethane x-ray opaque with connector and MST kit
  • FSQ2368 – Catheter midline double lumen biostable polyurethane x-ray opaque with 2 connectors and MST kit.
• The supply issue is due to component shortages.

Impact:          

• The affected codes are currently unavailable to order.

  • FSQ2578 – Midline Double Lumen
