• The supplier Terumo has informed us that the temporary supply issue with its Angio-Seal VIP Vascular Closure Device Products is still ongoing.
• We previously advised that the resolution date would be early September 2021 however, the supplier is now unsure of when this will be resolved therefore no date can be provided at this time.
• A further update to this ICN will be provided once we have further information.
• Please note that due to the clinical nature of these products we do advise you to consult your own clinical experts for the potential alternative product codes .Once an alternative has been identified please contact your Customer Relationships Manager who will be able to provide the relevant codes via the procurement team.

  FVI3818 – Angio-seal 6f vip
  FRF6636 – Angioseal vascular closure device 8fr
  FVI3819 – Angio-seal 8f vip.
• The supply issue is due to a global supply disruption of raw materials.
