What does a Customer Academy Partner do at NHS Supply Chain?
The Customer Academy Partner role is responsible for creating a learning culture with tangible outputs and business impacts. This will include facilitating, developing and delivering innovative packages of training to the Customer Engagement directorate teams. There will be a requirement to engage with a broad range of stakeholders in order to complete training needs analysis and coordinate capabilities assessments to identify and deliver key improvement initiatives.
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
Engage with team or department line managers to clarify short-term priorities for Learning and Development interventions; gather relevant data on performance and current levels of competence; identify gaps in relation to required levels and obtain agreement on required outcomes.
Working with leaders of the Customer organisation to monitor the performance of their teams to identify and develop learning interventions to improve the capability aspiration within the directorate.
Deliver training courses or programs in conjunction with external providers engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
Design and develop training courses or strands of an L&D program in conjunction with external providers; incorporate specified L&D methodologies and delivery channels; develop relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
Skills/Experience
Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analysing data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
Provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
Provides technical guidance when required on analysing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to communicate with other people independently while providing guidance and training to others on speaking in a clear, concise and compelling manner.

How you’ll work
Hybrid working; a blend of home and office working 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at home.
