Job Title: Data& Integrity Analyst

Function: Supply Chain

Location: Alfreton

Type: Fixed term until end of March 2023 – Hybrid working

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000

NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for a Data & Integrity Analyst to join the team, The Data & Integrity Support Analyst will work closely with our Data Maintenance team to bulk upload large datasets, and with the Senior Pricing & Integrity Analyst to locate and correct any misalignment of data between systems

 

What does a Data and Integrity Support Analyst do at NHS Supply Chain?

 

  • To be responsible the data bulk change process
  • To undertake quality checks on all data received, recording pass/fail metrics, and notifying requestor of validation errors and required corrections
  • To engage with the SCCL pricing team, Category Tower Providers, IT and other stakeholders in respect of the collection and validation of product catalogue data in line with NHSSC policies and SOPs
  • Provide assistance to Category Tower Providers with regards to product and price changes being requested       
  • Produce and monitor statistics relating to MBMS and other bulk upload product changes

 

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

 

  • Work in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Excel – Pivot tables etc, and Access
  • Problem solving
  • Experience in analysing data, able to spot and resolve errors
  • Good communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
