Graduate Trainee – Strategy and business Architecture
As a Graduate Trainee you will play a key part within your allocated directorate of Strategy and Business Architecture. You will navigate through the programme on a rotational basis and provide support to Strategy and Business Architecture within NHS Supply Chain.
What does a Strategy and Business Architecture Graduate Trainee do at NHS Supply Chain?
You will experience different areas of Strategy and Business Architecture, 24 months in 4* 6-month placements within Market Insight, Business Architecture, Process Architecture and Strategy.
You will be allocated a mentor for the duration of your programme and the opportunity to gain 2 -way feedback on your programme over the 2-year period.
With the support from others in the team, as Graduate Trainee – Strategy, you will work with senior leaders in the business.
Our ambition is to support you to develop into a Strategy Analyst.

What skills, qualities, and qualifications do I need to be successful:
Qualifications: 2:1 degree or above achieved within the last three years.
Experience: A Business, Economics or related Management degree or Consultancy experience
Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well with people, strong analytical skills, numerical, writing, computer literacy, communication, and presentation skills.
Personal Qualities: Desire to work in or to support the NHS with the drive and ambition to become a Strategy Professional

To apply for a place on the graduate scheme, you will need to make an application following the link below. You will be required to upload your CV, Personal Statement and Degree Certificate (If you already have this).
Once we have your details and have reviewed your application you will be required to complete a verbal and numerical reasoning tests along with a personality questionnaire.
Applicants will be shortlisted and those successful at this first stage will be invited to an initial interview held via Microsoft Teams. Finally, all candidates who are selected following the Teams interview will be invited to attend a regional assessment centre. This will include a group exercise, presentation, and competency-based interview.
