NHS Supply Chain: Food have developed a new Chefs Academy programme, which  invites NHS chefs to various free training days.

These sessions  include live cooking sessions and food demonstrations, giving attendees the chance to network and share recipe ideas and menu concepts amongst colleagues, chefs and nutritional experts.

Chefs Academy is designed to inspire innovation and professional development amongst NHS chefs and catering staff, with the goal of improving patient experience in hospitals. It has already received great support from catering and facilities managers.
