New Ordering District Codes for ICBs from 1 July 2022

5 July 2022

With the formal transition of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) into Integrated Care Systems (ICS) under the new ICB structure from 1 July 2022, we have been working over the past few weeks to ensure you see no disruption to the way you order from this date.

What have we been doing?
We have set up new district codes and requisition points based on the new ICB DH codes and mapped all your existing CCG accounts to these. See our Downloads ▼ section to view the new codes.

The new district codes and requisition points have been set up on our online catalogue and will be visible when you login from 1 July 2022. We are aware some customers use SBS to place their orders with NHS Supply Chain and we have been directly liaising with them to ensure their systems are updated and no impact is felt.

What does this mean for me?

  • For SBS users – you should have received a separate communication directly from your SBS contact, as they are managing the changes to their systems and will be able to provide any assistance.
  • For NHS Supply Chain online catalogue users – all the new district codes and requisition points have already been created and will be visible to you from 1 July 2022.

Up to and including 30 June 2022 all access remained the same. After this date the old requisition ordering points have been removed and these have been replaced with the new district and requisition points assigned, enabling you to order as normal.

Who should I contact if I have any queries?
If you would like to know more about these changes or require any support after 1 July 2022, then please contact:
