Product Availability Dates Now Available To View

Continuing our series of customer driven enhancements to improve your experience when ordering products, our Online Catalogue and Ordering system now provides a due date status against products which are showing as out of stock within our warehousing network that supplies your organisation.

  • For stocked products currently unavailable but are due into our warehouse you will see the status: “Out of stock due date DD/MM/YYYY“.
  • For stocked products currently unavailable but we are awaiting an updated due date into our warehouse you will see the status: “Out of stock“.

You will still be able to order products shown as “out of stock” if needed.

Please note you will only see these statuses when you are logged into the Online Catalogue and Ordering system and viewing products stocked within our warehouses. This information will not be displayed when using eDC or eDC Gold or any other third party system.

You can check the stock status of the product on the due date displayed, to confirm the stock has arrived in our warehouse and is showing “in stock”. Alternatively you can continue to use the “Email Me” option to be notified when the product is back in stock.
